The Mustad E-Z Baiter Hook is originally designed for commercial fishing but have proven to be a great tool for the sport fisherman targeting bottom species like Blue Cod, Hapuka, Trumpeter, Ling, Cod. To take advantage of its unique hooking abilities it is important to tie the trace correctly to the hook so the line always exits the eye on the barb side. Otherwise the hook will fail to self-set in the corner of the fish's mouth.
