While Z-Man soft-plastics are very effective, they perform even better when Secret Sauce is added. Honest. It can make a huge difference at times, either encouraging fish to make a nip when they’re not really hungry or to hang on for longer, giving anglers more time to react and hook-up.

On-the-water tips: The casting process and savage bites smash the original attractant off and out of the Z-Mans, so we recommend adding a slug of Secret Sauce inside the lure’s belly slit every two or three casts - but longer if you’ve had no bites or can still see some Sauce present.  The 2oz Secret Sauce bottles can be kept upside-down in your pocket, where it stays more viscous from your body’s heat down near the nozzle. A couple of hand flicks beforehand ensures it’s in place, ready for easy application every time, and that you use the whole bottle up.
